OK so this weekend wasn't as exciting as last weekend when I found a bomb, but I DID find a 1939 issue of Vogue. It's missing it's cover so I didn't feel bad taking it apart to scan the pictures. Then, as now, Vogue was on the cutting edge of fashion and this issue is no exception. A birds eye view into the highest, most glamorous fashions of the time.
I got tired of scanning and needed to get some other work done, so I only have a few pictures below, but check back because I'm going to add a few more.
